Over 25 years, I've worked from designing visual identities for international music tours to building enterprise design systems serving 60,000 employees across 7 global business units at ExxonMobil.
I also contribute to the design community: I mentor designers on ADPList, where I'm a Verified Mentor, and I'm recognized among the top learners at the Interaction Design Foundation. I also founded BA Design Studio and helped grow the BA Design Community to more than 200 members.
